Most of us start our weight loss journey with a primary target to lose some fat around our tummy and our hips. Spot reduction however is a myth and one needs to pair a good workout plan with a quantified diet.

A good quantified diet would need to be complimented by a good workout plan. Core muscle groups are the ones that stabilize your body. A good core workout would mean that you are working on definition of your abdomen region, basically help you shape your tummy and abs.

In this video I have shared various variations to planks and side planks.

I have also added workouts for lower abs.
